Eric is the Co-founder and CEO of Blockforce Capital, an innovative asset management firm that offers multiple investment products in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. Recently named by Frank Chaparro “as a top crypto pioneer in Business Insider’s bitcoin Wall Street power list”(April 2018). Eric has guided the firm from being exclusively focused on dividend growth strategies to being a trailblazer and innovator in the blockchain technology investment space. Eric is a frequent blockchain commentator on CNBC, FOX Business, CNN, and The Street, and he is regularly featured as a blockchain thought leader in Barron’s, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and U.S. News & World Report (among other media outlets and publications).

Tom brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with over 25 years of financial industry experience in business management, operations, and administration with several east coast institutional brokers. Primarily focused on US Equities, Tom has managed various sales, trading, research, client acquisition, risk management and operational functions throughout his career, and within his most recent positions as Chief Operating Officer at the institutional brokers Citadel Securities, LLC and ICAP, PLC.

Mr. Silver is the Chairman and CEO of Algebraix Data, which delivers cloud-based business analytics-as-a-service to enterprise customers. In 1997, he co-founded RealAge, Inc., a health-focused technology and media company that was an innovator in data collection and marketing. It launched Mr. Silver’s reputation as a data-economy visionary. Mr. Silver served as Chairman and CEO of RealAge until it was sold in 2007 to Hearst Magazines, where he became CEO of the RealAge division. With more than 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, Silver is a start-up expert known for building businesses, particularly data-driven enterprises, from launch to successful exit. He earned a BA degree in history from the University of Michigan.

A finance professional and entrepreneur with over 29 years of experience. Chris currently serves on the board of multiple public, private and not-for-profit organizations, and is an active private investor in thefinancial technology industry. He is also the founder and CEO of Bridgeport Financial Technology which is a company transforming the way investors transact in hedge funds, private equity and venture capital funds.

From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Hatfield served as a Commissioner of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Before being appointed Commissioner, Mr. Hatfield served in senior positions in the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Hatfield served as Chief of Staff to Senator John Breaux, the Deputy Democratic Whip from 1995 to 2004, after serving as Chief of Staff to the House Majority Whip from 1980 to 1989. In addition to his 20-year career in government, Mr. Hatfield’s private sector work includes serving as Senior Vice President of ETC, an educational technology company. He also served as the Deputy Commissioner General of the U.S. Pavilion at the World’s Fair in Lisbon, Portugal and, in 2008, Mr. Hatfield served on President Obama’s Economic Advisory Committee on Competitiveness. Mr. Hatfield’s background in the financial services, commerce, and energy sectors has led to his appointment to serve on the board of directors of several industry-leading companies. He sits on the Board of Directors of the IntercontinentalExchange (ICE), a publicly-traded global leader in electronic energy, electricity, and financial risk management services. Mr. Hatfield is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICE Futures U.S. and serves on the Board of Directors of NYSE Regulation, Inc. and ICE Swap Trade and on the Board of Managers at ICE Clear Credit, all of which are subsidiaries of ICE. Mr. Hatfield also serves on the Board of Directors for Pinpoint Global Communications, as well as Ascent Technologies. In addition, Mr. Hatfield previously served on the Board of Directors of the Managed Funds Association. Mr. Hatfield graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Fresno, which honored him as its Outstanding Alumnus in 2006.

Mr. Rosen is Co-Founder, Co-Chairman and CEO of Context Capital Management. He was the co-principal owner of Rochester Capital Advisors, LP and FMC, Inc., the two investment advisers to The Rochester Funds, a mutual fund company specializing in the management of convertible securities and high-yield municipal bonds. From its inception in 1983, the firm grew assets under management to $3 billion in 1996 when it was sold to OppenheimerFunds, Inc., where Mr. Rosen served as Portfolio Manager and President of the Rochester Division. A Chartered Financial Analyst™, Mr. Rosen earned a B.A. degree in economics and an M.B.A. in finance and marketing from the University of Rochester, where he serves on the Board of Trustees, as well as the Investment and Development Committees.

Christopher is co-leader of the sales team charged with marketing Reality Shares products to a wide range of investors throughout the country. Throughout his 20 years experience in the financial industry, 15 years were with UBS Wealth Management/UBS PaineWebber.

Shapeshift AGErik founded ShapeShift AG in August 2014 as an elegant, secure, and fast solution to digital asset exchanges. He is among the top-recognized serial Bitcoin advocates and considers Bitcoin as one of the most important inventions ever created by humanity.

University of CambridgeDr. Hileman is a Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge and a researcher at the Centre for Macroeconomics at the London School of Economics. Garrick is best known for his research on cryptocurrencies and distributed ledger technology.

BloqJeff is a futurist, entrepreneur and software engineer. Jeff is co-founder and CEO of Bloq. Jeff serves on the board of Coin Center, and the advisory board of BitFury, BitPay, Chain.com, Netki and WayPaver Labs technology.

BlockchainMarco is the President and Chief Legal Officer of Blockchain.com, and is a recognized authority in the law and policy of block chain technologies. He is an advisor to the International Monetary Fund, the Blockchain Ambassador to the State of Delaware, and was the Chairman of the Regulatory Affairs Committee of the Bitcoin Foundation.

Tally CapitalMatthew is the founder of Tally Capital, a private investment firm focused on digital assets and blockchain-enabled technology with a portfolio of over 20 investments. He is also the co-founder and chairman of Bloq.

GoCoinFounder and former CEO of leading blockchain payment processor GoCoin, Steve recently joined Bloq as Chief Revenue Officer to bring distributed blockchain financial products to large enterprise customers and government agencies worldwide.

Eddie is a senior marketing professional and brand strategist with 20 years experience spanning Gaming, Education Technology, Health & Fitness and Fintech. He’s launched over 100 products, services, and apps with Microsoft/Xbox, Cranium, Visa, Zynga, Sony/GSN, and several innovative start-ups including PopCap, OSMO, Pivotal Living, and Lark Fitness.

As a former portfolio trader focused on volatile asset classes and emerging markets, David is charged with helping establish our entry into digital asset trading. He will primarily focus on managing a quantitative directional long-biased portfolio fund as well as an arbitrage strategy on digital assets.

Leonard has a 20+ year record of demonstrating success in SaaS Sales, consultative sales, technical sales, digital marketing, technology and services industry. An expert sales leader in driving revenue growth, negotiating, and providing sales leadership in a highly competitive market. Leonard leads the strategic partnership growth and initiatives as a leader who has proven his ability to manage sales teams, capitalizing on new business opportunities in finance, and driving growth.

Hatcher helps Blockforce develop and customize investment products for its clients. He has over fifteen years of experience in financial services, including a decade researching alternative strategies for some of the world’s most sophisticated institutional investors and family offices. Prior to joining Blockforce Capital, Hatcher was a senior investment officer and investment committee member for UBS’ $40 billion hedge fund advisory, Hedge Fund Solutions, where he allocated to a variety of event-driven, equity, credit, and relative value strategies. Hatcher received his BA from the University of Virginia.

Kasey specializes in program and project support and development. She assists in communications and project development in all areas at Blockforce Capital. In her role, she provides direct support for operations and administration initiatives, helping to generate, secure and advance various initiatives throughout the organization.

Joey brings the analytical prowess and inquisitive passion to identify and evaluate investment opportunities offered under our new venture platform. He will also help establish the hedging strategies and arbitrage opportunities for the algo trading Predator Alpha system.

Kian brings over 14 years of financial industry experience in financial analysis, investment management and brokerage operations.Mr. Salehizadeh began his career in 2004 at Brandes Investment Partners where he spent five years in the Corporate Reorganization and Pricing departments, working closely with the firm's portfolio managers and research analysts.

Ivy brings several years investment industry experience to the Firm, providing quantitative analysis on markets, securities, and derivative instruments. Currently serving as Senior Analyst for Reality Shares and Chairwoman of the Index Committee, Ms. Chen leads the creation, development and management of the Reality Shares index effort, with principle responsibilities focused on portfolio construction, reconstitutions, rebalances and performance attribution.

“Joe” serves the Index Committee as a Senior Analyst, leading research and data efforts for the selection of index constituent securities, and analysis on index portfolio optimization. Mr. Feng lends his highly quantitative skillset to historical back-testing and data generation, while developing extensive forecast modeling for new and existing indexes.

Chris recently graduated from Cornell University with an M.S. in Applied Statistics, and specializes in data science and visualization. As part of the Blockforce Capital Data Science team, he is focused on analyzing vast data sets related to digital assets to develop predictive indicators for volatility, market direction, and market sentiment. Chris also is charged with the front end development of internal operational and risk management user interfaces.
